Welcome to CultureFit. An organization's culture is defined
by its shared workplace values. In essence, it is a function of how work gets accomplished and the manner in which people
interact. CultureFit is an exercise specifically designed to measure organizational
culture. It does this by examining how characteristic a set of work attributes
is of a given work setting. CultureFit can be used both as a tool to describe the actual current culture that exists
in an organization, as well as a tool to define a desired future culture. Your
participation in this CultureFit exercise will help efforts to define a desired culture
for your organization.
